Job Description

•    Ability to understand Customers’ Business needs and pain points and work closely with solution team  to arrive at right solution
•    UC&C experiences designing, deploying & Post-sales support for end to end solutions.
•    Deep understanding of collaboration protocols such as TCP, UDP, SIP, IP, SVC, H.323, H.264, H.265 etc as per latest ongoing trends .
•    Proficiency for support of Audio Video collaboration solutions.
•    Creating Solution Documents including SOW, LLD,HLD 
•    Knowledge of Collaboration stacks from key OEMs – Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya, Samsung, Crestron etc
•    Act as technical Champion for all technical Queries raised from field. 
•    Act as a bridge between Customer and  OEM support  team.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Responsible for multiple technical, management, and administrative teams providing support in accordance with Service Level Agreements

Bachelor�s Degree in Engineering or other equivalent standard certification
