Job Description

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5 or more years of experience in customer experience or customer success management roles
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing customer service teams to success
Experience creating and implementing customer experience strategies and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop insights and make data-driven decisions based on customer data and feedback
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with CRM tools and customer experience software highly preferred
Experience working in a tech or SaaS environment preferred
Experience with project management methodologies and best practices is a plus
 

Responsibilities

Good understanding of modern databases and information system technologies.
In-depth knowledge of data administration and management processes
Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
Knowledge of system security techniques
