Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between clients and account executives
Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
Be innovative with sales methods and approaches
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Direct the activities of high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and business revenue targets
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Identify potential customers and set approach strategies
Lead by example, interacting with customers, closing deals, and demonstrating the most effective behaviors
Lead high-performing teams of sales advisors to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and business revenue targets
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Set and monitor sales targets

Engineering Graduate or/ and Graduate with MBA, preferably with a specialization in marketing from a reputed institute/ university
