Job Description

Manage customers infrastructure and operations covering Server, Operating System (predominantly Windows), Network, Active Directory , Storage, Virtualization, Messaging system (Office 365), End user support. 
Working closely with  Customer and operation teams on daily issues, request and changes. 
Reviewing daily operation task, tickets and changes in close alignment to the agreed SLA and process 
Guide team on issue resolutions
Analyze and mitigate service delivery risks and propose opportunities for improvement to operation support team and customer
Work from customer location in accordance to their work discipline.
 

Responsibilities

Upgrade the network infrastructure
Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Serves as escalation point for customer issues and concerns

Skills

Documentation
Have an in-depth understanding on the Protocols and packet flow.
Have understanding on the Security incidents
